Pipedrive Pricing 2026: Every Plan Per Seat and Add-Ons

Pipedrive costs $14 to $79 a seat per month billed annually in 2026, or $24 to $99 monthly. Every plan, add-on, team cost and when monthly billing wins.

Pipedrive Pricing 2026: Every Plan Per Seat and Add-Ons

Pipedrive costs $14 to $79 per seat per month on annual billing in 2026 across four plans, Lite, Growth, Premium and Ultimate, charged as one payment of $168 to $948 per seat a year. Paying month to month raises the range to $24 to $99 per seat. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial that needs no credit card, but there is no free plan, so a team that wants a free CRM has to look elsewhere.

Every figure below was read on 19 October 2026 on Pipedrive's pricing page, with plan limits from Pipedrive's help articles on plan features and the new plan structure. Our read: Pipedrive is simple to price for a small sales team, but Lite is cheaper than it is useful, and the add-ons decide whether Growth or Premium is the better buy.

Plan Annual billing, per seat Annual payment, per seat Monthly billing, per seat What it adds
Lite $14/mo $168/yr $24/mo Pipelines, leads, calendar, AI report creation, meeting intelligence
Growth $39/mo $468/yr $49/mo Email sync and tracking, automations, sequences, forecasts, meeting scheduler
Premium $59/mo $708/yr $79/mo LeadBooster, Projects and Smart Docs included, scoring, team inbox, AI email
Ultimate $79/mo $948/yr $99/mo Contact data enrichment, security rules and alerts, sandbox, longer phone support

Toolradar data: Pipedrive is listed as an alternative to 43 other tools on Toolradar, the software directory we run, fourth among the 275 tools in its sales category, and 31% of those 275 offer a free plan while Pipedrive does not, as of October 2026. The record is Pipedrive on Toolradar.

What does each Pipedrive plan include?

Each plan includes everything in the one below it, so the real question is which feature pushes your team up a tier. For most sales teams that feature is email, because Lite has no email sync.

Lite covers the pipeline itself: customizable pipelines, the leads inbox, contacts, calendar sync, Smart Bcc, the API, webhooks, SSO and mobile apps with automatic call logging. Pipedrive's plan-change article caps it at 2,500 active leads and deals per user. It suits a founder or a solo rep who logs deals by hand and sends email from Gmail or Outlook.

Growth is where Pipedrive becomes a working sales tool: full two-way email sync, templates, open and click tracking, group emailing, automations with delays and if/else steps, sequences, a meeting scheduler and a forecast view. The cap rises to 5,000 leads and deals per user and 50 reports. This is the tier most small teams should price first.

Premium adds lead generation and team controls: LeadBooster (chatbot, live chat, web forms and Prospector), Projects and Smart Docs with e-signatures, custom scoring, company data enrichment, a team inbox, AI email writing and summaries, formula and required fields, and custom permission sets. Its limits move to 150 active automations, 250 reports per user and 25 sequences.

Ultimate adds contact email and phone enrichment, security alerts and rules, a sandbox account and extended phone support hours. It also carries partner discounts of 20% on PandaDoc and CloudTalk and 15% on Surfe. Ultimate caps custom fields at 500 and reports at 500 per user, which only matters to very large configurations.

What do Pipedrive's add-ons cost?

Add-ons can be bought on any plan, and three of them are already inside Premium. That bundling is the main reason a one-person account on Growth can end up paying more than Premium. Starting prices shown on the pricing page, per month on annual billing:

Add-on What it does Starting price Included on
LeadBooster Chatbot, live chat, web forms, Prospector lead search $32.50/mo Premium, Ultimate
Smart Docs Quotes, proposals and contracts with e-signatures $32.50/mo Premium, Ultimate
Projects Post-sale project tracking linked to deals $16.66/mo Premium, Ultimate
Campaigns Email marketing to your contact list $13.33/mo Not included on any plan
Web Visitors Shows which companies visit your website $41/mo Not included on any plan

A single seller on Growth who wants LeadBooster pays $71.50 a month at the starting price, against $59 for Premium, which includes it. Adding Smart Docs and Projects on top takes that Growth account to $120.66 a month, roughly twice the Premium seat. If you need even one of the three bundled add-ons on a one-seat account, buy Premium instead.

For larger teams the answer depends on how each add-on is billed. Pipedrive's help center describes Projects as a user-based add-on, so its cost scales with headcount, and LeadBooster includes 10 Prospector lead credits a month, with more sold in tiers. Campaigns and Web Visitors are sold separately on every plan, so a team that wants email marketing inside the CRM pays for Campaigns whichever tier it picks.

How much does Pipedrive cost for a team of 5?

The seat price is the whole bill on Pipedrive, with no onboarding fee, so team costs are straight multiplication. Five seats for a year, from the list prices:

Plan 5 seats, annual billing 5 seats, monthly billing for 12 months Extra cost of paying monthly
Lite $840 $1,440 $600
Growth $2,340 $2,940 $600
Premium $3,540 $4,740 $1,200
Ultimate $4,740 $5,940 $1,200

The jump that matters is Lite to Growth: $1,500 a year for five seats, and it buys email sync, automations and forecasting, which most teams need. Growth to Premium costs another $1,200 a year at that size, which pays for itself only if the team would otherwise buy LeadBooster or Smart Docs, or needs a shared team inbox.

Pipedrive's FAQ adds one benefit at this size: implementation is free on any plan over $400 a year. A 5-seat team on any tier clears that line, and so does a single Growth seat on annual billing.

When is monthly billing cheaper than annual?

Pipedrive says annual billing saves up to 42%, but an annual payment is prepaid and cannot be refunded: canceling keeps access until the term ends. Monthly billing can be canceled at any time and stops at the next payment date.

The break-even, per seat, comparing months at the monthly rate with the printed annual payment:

Plan Monthly is cheaper for up to Cost of that many months Annual payment
Lite 6 months $144 $168
Growth 9 months $441 $468
Premium 8 months $632 $708
Ultimate 9 months $891 $948

A team testing Pipedrive for one sales season, or a startup unsure it will keep its current headcount, should pay monthly. Switching from annual to monthly only starts at the end of the annual term, so a team that overbuys seats on an annual plan pays for them until renewal.

How does Pipedrive pricing compare with HubSpot?

Pipedrive is cheaper once a team needs forecasting or sequences; HubSpot is cheaper for a team that only needs a basic CRM. On HubSpot's Sales Hub pricing page, read the same day, the CRM is free for up to 2 users, Sales Hub Starter starts at $7 a seat a month on annual billing, and Professional is $90 a seat a month billed annually plus a required one-time $1,500 onboarding fee.

Need Pipedrive, annual billing HubSpot Sales Hub, annual billing where offered
Free CRM No free plan Free for up to 2 users
Entry paid seat Lite, $14 a seat Starter, from $7 a seat
Forecasting and sequences Growth, $39 a seat Professional, $90 a seat plus $1,500 onboarding
Top tier Ultimate, Pipedrive's top plan Enterprise, from $150 a seat plus $3,500 onboarding

The middle row is the one most growing teams land on. HubSpot lists forecasting and sequences on Professional, so a team that needs them pays well over twice Pipedrive Growth's seat price, plus onboarding. Our HubSpot vs Pipedrive comparison goes through the features tier by tier, and HubSpot pricing covers its Marketing and Service hubs. HubSpot on Toolradar lists its alternatives.

Which Pipedrive plan should you buy?

Growth on annual billing is the default for a team of 2 to 10 reps who email prospects from the CRM and want a revenue forecast. Lite only fits someone who wants a visual pipeline and will keep email in Gmail or Outlook, because it has no email sync at all.

Premium is the better buy for a one-person account that needs web forms, chat or e-signed proposals, and for teams that want a shared inbox and lead scoring. Ultimate is for companies with security policies that require login rules and alerts, or that want enriched contact data inside the CRM.

If the price is the deciding factor, our cheapest CRM software ranking and best free CRM software list cover cheaper options. The wider field is in best CRM software and best CRM for small business, Gmail-first teams have best CRM for Gmail, and the Pipedrive review covers how the product works day to day. Teams also pricing a heavier platform can read Salesforce pricing, and the Zoho CRM review and Close CRM review cover two lower-cost rivals.
