Zoho CRM Review 2026: Pricing, Pros, Cons and Limits
Zoho CRM's free plan and four paid editions priced per user, what a 10-person team pays a year, and where HubSpot, Pipedrive or Freshsales cost less.
Zoho CRM is worth it for a small or mid-size sales team that wants email integration, multiple pipelines and forecasting on its cheapest paid edition. The free plan covers 3 users. Standard costs $14 per user a month billed yearly ($20 monthly), Professional $23, Enterprise $40 and Ultimate $52. For 10 users, Standard comes to $1,680 a year. HubSpot Sales Hub Starter and Freshsales Growth cost less per seat, but Zoho Standard lists forecasting and custom modules that those entry tiers do not.

Zoho CRMZoho CRM packs more into its entry edition than most rivals charge the same for, and the catch is that the features that make a CRM smart, AI agents and predictive scoring, start one edition higher. For a team that wants a solid pipeline, email from the CRM and a revenue forecast, Standard is hard to beat on price.
This review is for founders, sales managers and operations leads at small and mid-size companies choosing a CRM, or reconsidering one at renewal. It reads Zoho's own pricing page and each competitor's pricing page, and it computes the yearly bill for a 10-person team.
It is a pricing and feature read, not a hands-on test of the product. Methodology: list prices in US dollars, read on vendor pricing pages on 17 October 2026, yearly totals computed from the per-user rate.
Toolradar data: as of October 2026, Toolradar, the software directory we run, ranks Zoho CRM's Standard entry plan third of 34 on price among sales tools with a verified per-user entry price, where the median is $30 per user a month.
It is also the most-listed alternative among the 274 sales tools Toolradar tracks, named as an alternative to 77 of them.
What is Zoho CRM?
Zoho CRM is a customer relationship management system from Zoho, the company behind Zoho Mail, Zoho Books and dozens of other business apps. It tracks contacts, leads and deals through pipelines, logs calls and emails, automates follow-up with workflows and reports on sales performance.
It is sold in a free edition and four paid editions: Standard, Professional, Enterprise and Ultimate.
The pricing page FAQ says there is no contract or commitment: billing is monthly or yearly and the plan can be changed at any time. Local taxes such as VAT or GST are charged on top of the listed prices. Teams already on Zoho apps get the most from it; our Zoho Mail review covers the email side of that suite.
How Zoho CRM works
Zoho CRM prices every edition per user, per month, with a yearly discount the page puts at up to 34%. Billed monthly, Standard costs $20 a user, Professional $35, Enterprise $50 and Ultimate $65. Billed yearly, the same editions cost $14, $23, $40 and $52.
The gap is large enough that a team committed for a year should never pay monthly: on 10 Standard users, monthly billing costs $720 more a year.
The editions stack features rather than raising limits. Free covers contact management, follow-up reminders, workflow automation, up to 10 custom email templates, standard reports, mobile apps and 5,000 API calls a day, with data export capped at 10 times.
Standard adds email integration with Gmail, Outlook and Zoho Mail, built-in calling, multiple sales pipelines, calendar integration, web forms, sales forecasting, data enrichment, custom modules and HIPAA compliance.
Professional adds AI agents, process management, inventory management, predictive intelligence, unlimited reports, CPQ quoting, customer portals and the Google Ads integration.
Enterprise adds multi-team management, reporting hierarchies, custom buttons and functions, approval processes, a developer sandbox, field-level encryption, extended Zia AI and the QuickBooks integration. Ultimate raises feature limits and adds consulting, migration help and custom AI and machine learning.
Zoho CRM key features
Zoho CRM pricing
Zoho CRM publishes all five editions with prices in US dollars. Free covers 3 users. Standard, Professional, Enterprise and Ultimate are priced per user a month, with a lower rate billed yearly. Source: Zoho CRM pricing, read on 17 October 2026; local taxes are added on top.
Techpresso data: we computed the yearly bill for a 10-person team on each edition, billed yearly. Standard comes to $1,680, Professional $2,760, Enterprise $4,800 and Ultimate $6,240. The step from Standard to Professional, $1,080 a year for 10 users, buys AI agents, predictive scoring and unlimited reports; the step to Enterprise buys governance more than selling features.
Competitors at the same team size, billed yearly: HubSpot Sales Hub Starter comes to $840 a year (HubSpot pricing), Freshsales Growth to $1,080 (Freshworks CRM pricing), Pipedrive Lite to the same $1,680 as Zoho Standard (Pipedrive pricing) and Salesforce Starter Suite to $3,000 (Salesforce pricing). At that equal price, Zoho Standard lists email integration and forecasting, which Pipedrive keeps for Growth.

Who Zoho CRM is for
Zoho CRM fits a sales team of 3 to 50 people that wants a full pipeline, email from the CRM and a forecast on the cheapest edition. Standard covers that job for less than most rivals charge for the same features, and the free plan lets a team of up to 3 start without paying. Teams already using Zoho Mail or other Zoho apps gain the most, because the suite shares one vendor and one login.
It is a weaker fit for a team that wants AI scoring or agents from day one, since those start on Professional. It also suits HubSpot-style inbound marketing less well: HubSpot puts marketing, service and sales on one contact record, and our HubSpot vs Pipedrive comparison prices that platform tier by tier.
Very small teams that only need a deal pipeline can look at Bigin, Zoho's own lighter CRM, or the free tiers in our best free CRM software ranking. For the wider field, see best CRM for small business and the per-seat math in cheapest CRM software.
