Calendly Pricing 2026: Free, Standard, Teams, the AI Plus Tiers and Enterprise
Calendly costs $10 per seat a month on Standard and $16 on Teams billed yearly, or $12 and $20 monthly. Plus tiers, Enterprise and team costs, October 2026.

Calendly costs $10 per seat a month on Standard and $16 per seat on Teams when billed yearly, or $12 and $20 on monthly billing. The Free plan costs nothing but allows one event type and one calendar, and Enterprise starts at $15,000 a year for at least 50 seats. Only the people who host meetings need a seat; invitees never do.
That seat rule is the whole pricing model. Calendly does not meter bookings, so a host who takes 5 meetings a month and one who takes 500 pay the same. What moves the bill is how many hosts you have, whether you pay yearly, and whether you add the AI features, which now sit in separate Standard Plus and Teams Plus tiers rather than inside the base plans.
Prices were read on 19 October 2026 on Calendly's pricing page, including its monthly and yearly toggle, plan comparison chart and FAQ. Toolradar data: Toolradar, the software directory we run, tracks 106 meeting scheduling tools as of 19 October 2026, and Calendly is the most cross-shopped of them, listed as an alternative to 57 other tools. Plenty of buyers are weighing it against something cheaper, so the seat math below matters.
Calendly plans at a glance
| Plan | Yearly billing (per seat, per month) | Monthly billing (per seat) | Yearly saving | Who it fits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | None | One person, one meeting type |
| Standard | $10 | $12 | 17% | Solo professionals and small teams |
| Standard Plus | $18 | $24 | 25% | Standard plus Notetaker and Callie |
| Teams | $16 | $20 | 20% | Sales and support teams that route leads |
| Teams Plus | $24 | $32 | 25% | Teams plus Notetaker, Callie and admin controls |
| Enterprise | From $15,000 a year | Not offered | Not applicable | 50 seats and up, priced by sales, USD only |
The yearly rate is the default on Calendly's pricing page, so the headline Standard and Teams figures are the discounted rates. A buyer who pays month to month should budget from the monthly column, and on a permanent team that premium buys flexibility nobody uses. Our annual totals below multiply those printed per-seat rates by 12 and by the seat count.
What each plan includes
Free covers one booking link and little else. You get one event type, one calendar connection, unlimited one-on-one meetings, a customizable booking page, the mobile app and the browser extension. It cannot host group events, send automated reminders or collect payments, so it suits a consultant who offers a single 30-minute call.
Standard is where Calendly becomes a business tool. It adds unlimited event types, up to six connected calendars, group and collective meeting types, automated reminders and follow-ups, a cancellation policy, HubSpot, Mailchimp and Zapier connections, webhooks, Stripe and PayPal payments at booking, and the option to remove Calendly branding. For one person who sells sessions or juggles several meeting types, this is the plan that pays for itself.
Teams adds the features that need more than one host. Round-robin distribution, routing forms that qualify and send leads to the right rep, centrally managed event types, Marketo and Salesforce connections and HubSpot or Salesforce assignment routing all start here. SAML single sign-on is an optional add-on on Teams, without a printed price, and included on Enterprise.
Enterprise is for IT and procurement, not for scheduling features. It keeps Teams' scheduling and adds Salesforce lookup routing, Microsoft Dynamics, SSO and SAML, SCIM provisioning, domain control, an audit log, a data deletion API, phone support, onboarding and dedicated account support.
What the Plus tiers cost on top
The AI features are a separate tier, and they add $8 per seat a month on yearly billing. The premium is identical on both tiers, so deciding on Plus is separate from choosing between Standard and Teams. On monthly billing the premium is 50% larger on both tiers.
Both Plus tiers add Notetaker and Callie. Notetaker joins Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls, records them, produces transcripts and shareable recaps, and drafts follow-up emails. Callie, still labelled beta, is an assistant you copy into an email thread to propose times and book the meeting, and it can help with meeting prep and recall. Teams Plus also adds advanced admin controls. Calendly says both run only in English for now.
Whether Plus is worth it depends on what you pay for notes today. If your team already has a meeting recorder, Plus duplicates it at $96 a seat a year. If it does not, the Plus upgrade bundles one into the booking tool, and our AI meeting assistants ranking and Fireflies review show what standalone note takers charge.
What a team actually pays
Our cost table: annual cost by team size, from Calendly's printed per-seat prices on 19 October 2026, our multiplication.
| Seats and plan | Yearly billing, per year | Monthly billing, 12 months | Extra cost of paying monthly |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 seat, Standard | $120 | $144 | $24 |
| 1 seat, Standard Plus | $216 | $288 | $72 |
| 5 seats, Teams | $960 | $1,200 | $240 |
| 5 seats, Teams Plus | $1,440 | $1,920 | $480 |
| 20 seats, Teams | $3,840 | $4,800 | $960 |
| 20 seats, Teams Plus | $5,760 | $7,680 | $1,920 |
A five-rep sales team is the common case, and Teams on yearly billing at $960 is its baseline. Adding the AI tier lifts that to $1,440, so the Notetaker and Callie bundle costs the team $480 a year. Paying monthly for the same five seats costs $240 more than committing for the year.
A five-person team that does not route leads can stay on Standard. Five Standard seats cost $600 a year on yearly billing, $360 less than Teams, and lose only round-robin, routing forms and the Salesforce connection. If nobody hands meetings between colleagues, those are features you would be paying for and not using.
When Enterprise makes sense
Enterprise's published floor buys 50 seats, which works out to $300 per seat a year, or $25 a month by our division. The same 50 seats on Teams cost $9,600 a year on yearly billing, and on Teams Plus $14,400. So Enterprise is never the cheap route to 50 seats; you pay the premium for SSO included, SCIM, domain control, the audit log and dedicated support.
The test is your security review. If IT requires SCIM provisioning, domain control or audit logs, Teams cannot meet it at any seat count and Enterprise is the only Calendly answer. If single sign-on is the only requirement, price the SSO add-on on Teams with sales first, because it may cost far less than the Enterprise floor.
Billing terms and the fine print
Paid plans renew automatically for the same period unless you downgrade before the renewal date, per Calendly's pricing FAQ. A yearly plan therefore renews as a yearly plan, so put the renewal date in a calendar if your headcount is likely to shrink.
Seats are managed from My Account, then Billing, where you add or remove seats and change plans. Calendly accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club cards; PayPal is accepted only for customers outside the United States. Payment by invoice is offered on Standard or Teams at $5,000 and on Enterprise at the same amount as its entry price. On Teams yearly billing, reaching $5,000 takes at least 27 seats by our arithmetic, so smaller teams pay by card.
Every new account gets a 14-day trial of paid features, and you can invite colleagues into the trial at no cost. When it ends, everyone drops to the Free plan rather than being charged. Nonprofits can ask Calendly's support team for special pricing, which the pricing page does not list.
Calendly vs cheaper rivals on price
Calendly is the link invitees recognize, not the cheapest one. Cal.com's pricing page lists a free individual plan with unlimited event types and unlimited calendar connections, and Teams for $4 less per user a month than Calendly Teams, both on yearly rates. Our Cal.com review covers what that saving gives up.
Acuity Scheduling prices by calendar rather than by seat, which favors small teams of three or more; our Calendly vs Acuity Scheduling comparison prices six hosts on both, and the Acuity Scheduling review covers its plans. For the full field, see the best appointment scheduling software, the Calendly alternatives list and our Calendly review. Teams adding the CRM side can compare HubSpot pricing and Salesforce pricing, since Calendly's routing connects to both. Toolradar keeps profiles of Calendly, Cal.com and Acuity Scheduling.
Is Calendly worth the price in 2026?
For one host who needs more than one meeting type, Standard at $120 a year is fair value. For a sales team that routes inbound leads, Teams is the plan to buy, on yearly billing if headcount is stable. The Plus tiers are worth it only for teams without a meeting recorder, and Enterprise only when a security review demands it.
Calendly stops being good value when you pay for Teams without routing leads, pay monthly for a permanent team, or buy Plus on top of a note taker you already have. If invitee familiarity does not matter to you, the cheaper per-seat tools above do the core booking job for less.
How we checked these prices
We read Calendly's pricing page on 19 October 2026 on both the monthly and the yearly toggle, together with its plan comparison chart and its FAQ, and Cal.com's pricing page the same day. The cost tables multiply those printed per-seat prices by seat count and 12 months; no promotion or negotiated discount enters them. Enterprise is shown at its published floor only, because Calendly prices it by quote above that. The Toolradar figures come from its live meeting scheduling ranking. We did not run a Calendly account for this page.
FAQ
How much does Calendly cost per seat in 2026?
Calendly Standard costs $10 per seat a month and Teams $16 per seat a month on yearly billing, or $12 and $20 on monthly billing. Standard Plus and Teams Plus, which add Notetaker and Callie, cost $18 and $24 per seat yearly. The Free plan costs nothing, and Enterprise starts at $15,000 a year for 50 seats.
Is Calendly free?
Yes, the Free plan is free forever, with one event type, one calendar connection, unlimited one-on-one meetings and a customizable booking page. It has no reminders, group events or payments. New accounts also get a 14-day trial of paid features and return to the Free plan when it ends.
Do invitees need a Calendly seat?
No. Calendly charges only for users who connect a calendar and host meetings or create booking links. People who book time with you need no account and no seat, so a team of five hosts pays for five seats however many clients book them.
How much do you save with yearly billing?
Yearly billing saves 17% on Standard, 20% on Teams and 25% on the two Plus tiers, by Calendly's own figures. For a five-seat Teams account that is $960 a year instead of $1,200 on monthly billing. Yearly plans renew for another year automatically unless you downgrade first.
What is the difference between Calendly Standard and Teams?
Standard covers one host's scheduling: unlimited event types, six calendars, reminders, payments and marketing integrations. Teams adds round-robin distribution, routing forms that qualify leads, managed event types and Salesforce and Marketo connections, for $6 more per seat a month on yearly billing.
How much is Calendly Enterprise?
Calendly Enterprise starts at $15,000 a year with a minimum of 50 seats and is priced in USD only through sales. It adds SSO and SAML, SCIM provisioning, domain control, an audit log, Microsoft Dynamics, phone support and dedicated onboarding. Fifty Teams seats on yearly billing would cost $9,600, so Enterprise is bought for security and control rather than price.
